Following yourpayment confirmation, your orders shall be processed and your orders shall be delivered to the cargo firm within 3 working days at the latest. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed on the following first business day .

You may make changes on the orders that you have givenon our web site by contacting our Customer Service department, unless your order is in the delivery process.

Unless your order is in the delivery process, you may also realize the cancellation of orders/products by contacting our Customer Services department via our phone number +90 312 441 23 83  or by sending a message via your membership. Your cancellation requests related to your orders that are in the process of delivery or to be handled to you/in the distribution process shall not be put in operation for the moment, you may kindly inform to send the product back to us by not accepting the product when it is delivered to you.

In case you cannot add the product that you want add to your cart, kindly check the product whether is on sale or not, if there is still a problem in adding a product on sale, kindly apply to our Customer Services department. Furthermore, if you do not receive any confirmation e-mail upon your order, you may check your order via steps of ordering, payment information, etc. and check if your order is visible in your profile. If you cannot resolve a problem with regard to your order as a result of all steps, you may contact our Customer Services and get information.

During the order transactions, it is obligatory to fill in the TR Identification Number section and it is obliged to stated T.R. Identification Number in the invoices issued to the real persons as of 1/1/2007 as notified in the Official Gazette dated 29/08/2006 and numbered 26274. For customers reside abroad or for foreign customers reside in Turkey, although the TR identification number is not a must, this must be reflected in a clear manner. According to this, the addresses of the people reside abroad and the names of the foreign nationals reside in the country shall be of foreign origin. Members who comply with these conditions, when giving order, shall kindly mark "I'm not TR National", the section for TR Identification Number shall be deactivated. In case TR Identification number has not been entered wrongly or it is determined that the numbers of other persons are entered, the orders of such members are not processed.

In such a payment option, it is important to add the order number to the explanation section so that the transfer/eft process can be realized more quickly. After making a transfer payment, your transfer shall be confirmed the next day.

You can pay by credit card with the installment options specified in certain periods on our web site, and such cases are stated in the relevant sections on our website.

Unfortunately, we do not have the payment options by cash on delivery and/or with multiple credit cards and overseas credit cards.
