How long is the return period?

You can return the products that you buy without damaging them, using them and not causing any damage to its merchandise, within the period of seven (14) days as of the date of receipt, provided that the reason of return shall be stated.

What are the terms of return?

2- Sending missing or defective products to your address ...

For some reasons that are beyond our power, if the delivery of the package is incomplete according to the amount specified on your invoice or if a different product is delivered, you shall draw up minutes by stating the same, in the witness of the cargo officer immediately. 3- Sending damaged goods to your address ...

In such a case, you must return them to the cargo officer by adding a note stating that you do not accept the products delivered to the minutes that you have signed.
